If the product is "returnable", it is only limited to exchange for a different size or color, and is not applicable to exchange for other products.
Please contact Founder Global Technology Co., Ltd. immediately after receiving the goods to request a replacement, and arrange to return the goods to Founder Global Technology Co., Ltd. within seven days from the date of receipt. The procedure is as follows:
1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related gifts.
2. Contact our customer service department at 3421 2688 or email support@foundergt.com.hk to request a replacement.
3. Return the goods by yourself during office hours. Founder Global Technology Co., Ltd. is located at Room 3202, 32/F, Cable TV Building, 9 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
(Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00)
4. After confirming that the product status meets the requirements, we will notify you of the exchange application status as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide the required model, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Details can be found in the confirmation email sent.
**If you fail to return the product within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the replacement product.
Items that have been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep and return all packaging, including the original packaging box, original product labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer's warranty, instructions, gifts and all accessories, and ensure that all packaging is returned in an intact condition. The labels or tags on the goods must be kept intact. If they are damaged or bent, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that only one return may be made per order.
